Since 2004, we have defined the CSR priorities in the Piura region.

• We electrify the homes located in the surrounding hamlets of Poechos for the benefit of all families.
• With the aim of contributing to professional training, we created the SINERSA Scholarship in partnership with the University of Piura. This program benefits 5 young people with proven academic performance.
• We have entered into an agreement with SENATI to complete the training of its students through pre-professional and professional internships.

Lima

• Chancay Hydroelectric Power Plant – Huaral

We develop social responsibility activities in the rural communities of Ravira and Viscas (Huaral mountain range), according to framework agreements.

To date, we have carried out the following actions in coordination with the communal directives:

• A participatory diagnosis to know the current state of the area of ​​influence and the needs of its inhabitants.
• We train the teachers in charge of the Reading Plan program.
  Aware of the importance of sport in school education, we built a sports slab in the Ravira Educational Institution.
• We are committed to improving the health indicators of the area, for this reason we carry out an annual comprehensive health campaign.
• We provide support for the annual maintenance of the Pacaraos road due to its importance for the socioeconomic activities of the rural communities in the area.
• To promote the integration of the community and the vindication of its cultural heritage, we collaborate in the organization of the annual patron saint festivals of the Rural Communities of Viscas and Ravira.
• We provide support to the mothers’ clubs of the Viscas and Ravira communities.
• We celebrate the Christmas holidays by organizing hot chocolate parties for the children of the Viscas and Ravira Peasant Communities.
